- All purchases (containing regular-priced items and sale items) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Some items in our store are offered as Clearance / Final Sale. These products are marked at significantly reduced prices and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Clearance / Final Sale Items

Products labeled as “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, or sold during exclusive clearance promotions cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

These items may include limited stock, discontinued designs, seasonal inventory, or end-of-line sizes/colors.

All sales are considered final once the order is submitted.
Why Clearance Items Are Not Eligible
Clearance products are priced with special discounts, and inventory may be limited or no longer in active production. For this reason, we are unable to process size exchanges or returns for these products.
Order Issues (Incorrect / Damaged Items)
If the item you received is:

not the item you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

How to Make Your Return
One ways:
Send us an exchange or a return request with your order number by the email to which you placed the order. (Emails send to: service@LouMark.com.)
- We will review your request within 24 hours.
- You will get a return label/address after the review has been approved.
- If you want an exchange: Once the exchange request is passed, we will send you the product you want immediately.
- If you want a refund: After we receive your returned products, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your refund. *We will issue the refund to your original payment method.
Kind reminder
- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.
- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received.
